Have switched to a whole food raw vegan diet with limited fats and limited protein. Have seen my weight drop 14 lbs in just over 1 month. Hope to drop another 5-15 lbs over the next month. Should reach my goal within 2-3 months.
74,6 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 18,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 6,5 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

That's great, but make sure you are getting enough protein to maintain muscle in your body. If you don't get enough protein, you end up losing muscle mass as well as fat and water. You don't want to lose muscle because as we age, we lose muscle and it becomes harder to maintain our weight and lose weight. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, the easier losing and maintaining become.
