Deelbee, you are in my thoughts today. I know what it’s like to have a sore body. Keep doing your best to reduce weight and get a bit of exercise. Hopefully you will meet your doctor’s expectations soon. Take good care of yourself ☀️🌈

Thanks for the thoughts, Maguscanook. I gained 8 lbs with no obvious reason. But is has been coming off the last 3 days, and I can get my shoes on again. I believe it has to do with my heart. I am on some powerful heart drugs to control atrial flutter & a blood thinner to prevent a stroke. When I get to below 250 lbs it will be safe for me to have surgery on my heart to prevent the atrial flutter.
