It is what it is. So much to watch on this Eating Healthy journey. Realized how important keeping an eye on the sodium was. Not that I didn't before, just it's not in the main group of numbers, so just didn't pay close attention to it.

I've been really exhausted lately, not sure why. New meds? Maybe...but I doubt it. I just keep going and going. Keep pushing myself to keep moving. My days off, three in a row every week, I rest as much as possible without getting to the veg mode.

Anyways stay blessed everyone.
