I just ate a chocolate dipped donut...it was good!!! No regrets!! And I plan to indulge a bit this weekend as it is a 3 day weekend!! Going to a ribfest tomorrow, and then for footlong hotdogs on Sunday at the beach!! But my parents are away in Holland for 19 days (they left this past Sunday) and I'm on the hook for chores. Not much to do, just milk the one cow and feed the 2 calves. It's more just running over there twice a day. But it is burning calories!
So, I finished up the 75 miles in 31 days challenge. I didn't get to 75 miles. I did get in 55.6 miles.
My weight is holding steady. Enjoying summer and life in general. Work is busy though as my manager has been off this week and there is a steady string of emails requesting silly stuff that I don't have time for!
