Yesterday was so long! I had work, did homework at school and then a night class. I did a good job of eating healthy during the day, but when I got home at 10:45pm, I gave in and ate my family's left overs out of the fridge. Mostly carbs and fat too... =[
I'm going to be better today though. I have a lot of work to get done, but I feel that I've done well so far this morning. Let's hope that feeling carries me through the day!

It's harder to eat right when you're so busy. Any way you can plan ahead on days you aren't so busy? If I didn't plan ahead, my diet would be a wreck right now...it really can help.

Next time you have a night class how about taking something healthy with you to eat after class so you do not come home so hungry and tired and the refrigerator is calling your name. You would be able to ignore it.
