I'm on vacation and I managed to lose 7lbs. Someone asked me today, how do you do that. My response was "You don't have to pig out just because your on an Alaskan cruise." I was determined before this cruise I was going to not come back heavier then I left and I was still going to enjoy the cuisine of the pacific northwest. I'm still on holiday in Seattle. I'm back on the 17th.
