I haven't checked in on this site in a while. I had hip replacement surgery about 6 weeks ago and I feel like I'm finally getting my life back after months of disabling pain and very limited mobility. I was finally okayed for driving yesterday and I eagerly drove myself 3 places. I haven't been to the pool in ages and I'm going there today! Today I am re-committed to accurately tracking my food. I have had some big-time ups and downs (especially downs!) these last few months and I am extremely appreciate to simply feel GOOD right now!
