Don't often post a single day's reading, but today was my first opportunity to weigh in nearly two weeks. I seem to be weighing in exactly where I was before taking a 12-day trip, so I'll count that as a victory. It feels so good to be able to eat the way I like to eat again. I had to make a lot of compromises on the road. Last night I dug into a corn and black bean salad, and this morning it was oatmeal with apple, chia, flax, pumpkin seed and cinnamon. My belly is so much happier 😊
