heck yeah i'm owning it. 3 day weekend with a gain of 4.6 pounds. not worried about that what so ever. it's time for gratitude journaling. great weekend, great food, got plenty of exercise, enjoyed the freedom and flexibility to indulge in whatever we wanted. doing meal prep this morning for the week. i enjoy structured and working the plan just as much as the down time. looking forward to exercise and moving our bodies.
