Weight seems to be coming back off. Thank goodness. I read a book called Who calls me beautiful by Regina Franklin, I highly recommend it!! Its on amazon

I think we must always remember losing weight is not just about the weight, we need to deal with our issues and how we see ourselves. I need to go so much to do since I was gone 10 days. Hope you are all doing well.

My mother-in-law was just there at the exact same time as you. She had brought heavy coats with her because someone told her it might be chilly. HA! She said it was HOT and she was sweating the whole time. lol How was it for you?
