Ugh what a horrible feeling... I don't think I've ever felt this bad about my weight... May be it's the motivation I need to get back on track. Well today is officially day 1. I've got to loose 11 lbs. and I need to keep it off. I'll be 34 this Friday and it would be a wonderful feeling to get on the scale and be even 1 pound lighter than I am today... Well wish me luck and I'll see u tomorrow!
