a nice little drop back into the 60 zone but my weight is still unusually on the higher side- I'm still curious what caused the blip upwards.
was it just a bit too much food? or is it hormonal thing.
I'm wondering when I will finally dip below the 60 zone again. I was at the 59 for quite some time and suddenly it went up. It could just be my stable weight but I'd still really like to get back to 55 - and I need to lose 1 kg per month now if I am to reach my goal of Christmas when I go see family.
but my hopes are going down and I'm at least glad to be where I am.
