your not bad at all!! absolutely not! i am feeling your struggle.... i keep bouncing from 184 (yay!) to 186(awww...) to 184 (yay!) like a pinball... like i just wanna see 183....
its been happening for nearly 2 weeks now...
idk if this is where you would benefit from experimenting with your Way Of Eating to see if you can push passed the plateau..
have you been exercising at all?? I know sometimes when we hit a plateau because our body is also working on putting on the muscle from exercising and that can make it look like you're not having any weight loss.
