Finally flushed the water retention weight out and busted through passed 210 ! Was a long time coming!
Still walking the 10000 steps. Average for the month is 10000. Magnesium at night and omegas help me overcome the pain.
Still not recording food for I know that is not sustainable for me and cause my mind to do something weird .
I am doing something different won’t say what until I break through to 195 which won’t be for a while.
