I'm good with no loss. My previous two weigh-ins for for 5 day periods and I lost 1 pound for each of those increments. As close to my goal as I am, I expect to either have modest losses or maintain. Check back in in a few days. Hope everyone's weekends were what you wanted of them. Mine was a good balance of crazy social commitments followed by a day of rest and a long conversation with my youngest sister. Great balance in my book.

Keep on keeping on. I'm stalled, but happy I'm not moving up. I've held the lower weight of 160/159 for a few months now, and that's great.

balance is a good thing. the closer we get to so called goal weight the slower it goes. you are doing great.
