Wow back to the battle with 210!
Company coming and lots of stress building up. I want to eat!
Peach pie and apple pie were my indulgence yesterday.
Not eating enough protein I think.
So between now and next Tuesday I have way too many eating engagements! Looking like there might be a restart in my future.
Any suggestions or tips to setting my goals for the next week?
