5/28/11 147.8lb, 39.3%BF. I have been eating very little due to lack of appetite. Knee pain becoming more localized--can't step up, even a couple of inches (to the scale) and bear weight on my right leg. Aleve making me sick, even with Zantac. Just plain depressed since it is such a beautiful weekend and am stuck on crutches. Can't believe my weight is the same--really.
