super bad week. ate almost an entire box of cheese-its through out the week. ate a cup of trail mix the other day. have had the equivalant of 2 to 3 bottles of wine this week. scared to step on the scale. I did run, do pilates, added a 2nd day of cardio and Sunday I will do my Bob harper weight/cardio dvd for an hour. Hopefull this ill counteract the crap diet and eatting out 2x this week.
