Slow one this week but not worries….ran just under 23k, 4hrs of karate, 1 hr teaching karate and 2hrs of Harrison body conditioning class. Think it is a bit of water retention in the hot weather as I have been keeping calories really low….all good and feel good and positive….the body is a fun thing 😀
