The Scale: I hit the 30# mark, putting me in the single digits!!! 🎉 A big drop because of a bit of fat loss, but also losing some water that my body stubbornly held on to because I had 2 days with very high sodium. Still, it's really nice to see that drop. 😊 One-derland here I come!!! 💃
NSV: I noticed last night that I can sit on the couch, bend over and tie my shoes, and still breathe, all at the same time. 3 months ago I couldn't do that because 3 months ago my belly was too big. It is a wonderful feeling not having to struggle as much because my body is smaller and movement is easier.
