The Scale: Up a wee bit, but that seems to be the trend. I stay consistent with everything, but my body has this weird pattern of a drop, gain a bit back, and then another drop. Not sure what causes it. I'm not worried because in the end the trajectory of my over-all progress is down, and in the end that is what matters. Learning more everyday about my body, how to heal it, and the things to change to continue on my journey toward becoming a very healthy, fit person.
NSV: Every night I sit on the floor to give my 2 poochies, Annabelle and Sushi, lovings before bed. In the past, getting up off the floor was a lot of effort and work. I would usually have my hubby help me up or use the couch to climb up so I could get off the floor. Last night I rolled up onto my knees and stood up. I stopped and thought, "Wow! That was pretty darn effortless!" My body has become stronger and a lot more agile. I can't wait to see how good I feel and move after another 30lb loss. It's exciting! 😊
