Hello, my name is Aya , I am 22 years old, I have suffered from over weight since the age of 10 and throughout those years I have tried to lose weight in several ways, including healthy and harmful ones. I suffered from emotional hunger, what made my problem worse was the start of my insulin resistance after crossing my weight of 70 and eating excessive sugar, I am now at 80 kg weight and I decided to start a new healthy life because I wasted the best years of my life and I am overweight I can't wear the clothes I like even though I'm uncomfortable With my body, I feel like another person, someone I do not want to be, today I want to share with you my journey to the ideal weight and how to maintain it. I hope that God will help me this time and succeed 🙏🏻❤️
