Yey!! 169! Doesn't seem real. I haven't been this low in at least 20 years. I actually believe I am going to make it to goal of 125 this time. I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WELL AND COME THIS FAR WITHOUT THE SUPPORT FOUND HERE!! Blessings to everyone who has helped so much with comments and insights. Can hardly wait to see the Dr. on Oct 16th! Well, coffee down, I'm off for my walk!!
