I am advancing towards goal, but sooooooo slowly. I reset my RDI to day using the RDI Mummydee uses. I have to lower my daily calorie intake to 1551 from 1700. For me, that is a big jump. However, I did notice that reducing my calories 150 a day has not made me feel hungry. That is good news. It appears that if I continue this way I will reach goal by Oct 28. This will be good, since my whole family is gathering in San Diego that week at a beach house to celebrate my 80th birthday. Kids, Grand kids, Great grand kids. Most of them have not seen my 35 pound loss. I bet they will be surprised. My wife has started Scuba so as to honor the promise she made me when I started this program. (see Bio if interested).
