Journal de steresem, 18 sept. 22

Although I am only down .80 of a pound since my last weigh-in two days ago, I am feeling pretty good about it. I can see to the other side of the 60's finally. I was pretty much wallowing in it during my last journal entry, am more positive today. I only managed 460 cals yesterday, not really through any fault of my own, but because I missed a meal because I was out and about and didn't have my evening snack. I have a feeling that I am going to be in a world of hurt once I start meeting my RDI. I am confident that things will straighten themselves out. I expect to gain a couple of pounds when this happens, but I'm okay with that, short-term. Oh, I walked 2 miles yesterday just because I was out running errands and not taking the streetcar. Yay me!!
