UGH! Another gain. C'mon!!!! I lost 95lbs and then forgot how to lose weight? wtheck! Today I will try harder, I have a dvd I borrowed denise austins bootcamp I will give that a try. I will try to drink more water. I dont know what else I can do. I am also a little bloated and dealing once again with some female issues. I cant see the dr for another month bc we dont have insurance. I feel like these last 10lbs so be a breeze to get off. I feel like a failure.

I can do this! I will do this!

Nah ... definitely not a failure!! This last "bit" is different that the first "bit"!!! We are maintaining in a "range" and the "range" may move downwards but it sure has a mind of its own doesn't it???!!! Hang in there kiddo!!! Your female issues are probably confusing the scale anyway!! Take care!!

The last few pounds are terribly different from the first, aren't they? I'm only a few more pounds from my goal weight and I am having a tough time with these, too. I keep going up and then down, over and over. Bloating definitely has a lot to do with it. I can just look the wrong way at salt and I gain 5lbs instantly! :-) Good luck. I know you can do it!

I'm beginning to think I'll NEVER see my goal weight ... but oh well ... it doesn't erase all the progress! The process is still the same, regardless of the scale ... so on we go!!
