Swapped to a new scale today. A BIA scale, that should hopefully give me more insight to my body composition. Disappointed it gave me the same weight that my other scale gave me yesterday, but I guess it could have been worse lol. Other than that, I learned what I already knew: I really REALLY need to drink more water.
