Between traveling and getting sick and running out of veggies, I'll take it 😉 Cold still hanging on, but have a grocery pickup this morning so will finally restock the produce drawers

Oddly enough when I gained weight I was sick less often. I hope that doesn't happen again now that I am thinner.

If you're making sure you're getting good, balanced nutrition, I'm sure you'll be fine 🙂 I do find when I'm trying to fend off or shake a cold, I tend to go for extra calories, simple carbs, and it seems to help. I know why I got this one -- totally ran myself down. I had a hellish 16 hour travel day on the 17th, and thanks to waking up too early, I was up nearly 24 hours straight. And the next day I went for a hike instead of flattening myself on the couch. Oops. 🙃
