Went to back to to solid food yesterday instead of just protein shakes. I got on the the scale this morning, thought I was up a pound or so, when in fact, I was down another 1. I made a single (large) serving of very basic potato salad. it was so good and felt so indulgent. If anyone is looking for a cholesterol free or good vegan mayonnaise, Best Foods makes one that tastes exactly like the real thing with no weird mouth feel.
Anyway, going to go see "Don't Worry, Darling" today at noon. I just might walk there, if it is not too hot yet. Today, Monday Tuesday are supposed to be scorchers. Anytime you want to get here, Autumn, we're waiting!
