Yo-yoing the same 4 pounds, 258 - 262 for a couple of weeks now. in a horrible cycle of binging and starving. laxatives to help constipation and imodium to stop it. Waking up at 2 in the morning to eat, and having the shakes when I get up for the day. Feels miserable. All I really want to do is lose 3 pounds in ten days. There has to be a way to do it that isn't so detrimental to my mental and physical health.

Maybe if you don't like the effects of your current strategy, do something differently? Why torture yourself? Look to see how much you love yourself. There is a difference between trying to be healthier and trying to be thinner. The healthier route almost always leads to the thinner outcome. But less frequently will it work in reverse... the sponsoring thought matters.
