Okay battling with the scale already this morning!
At a full supper too late. Eggs steak hash browns toast with jelly and two cappachinos with whip cream. I was the only meal of the day. Knew it would cost me but not by that much.
Now after seeing the scale I have binged. Ate a breakfast which I don't usually. Was a double breakfast 4 small toasted veinna breads and half of avocado. GRR.
Mad at scale mad at me for reacting so poorly to the scale.
Plus side i did take my vitamins.
