Yesterday was a pretty average day. I went a little over my calorie requirement and I worked out. I just looked at my Diet Calendar and I ve noticed that my fat intake on average is 15 more grams a day more than it was last month. I am a little concerned about that. I have noticed that I am eating some foods now that I didnt touch a month ago. Not everyday, but at least once a week. I know what I have to do, I will start on Monday, since I am so craving a banana split from Dairy Queen. I'll have that this weekend to get it out of my system and then I will adjust my meals to get my average fat grams down to 38 grams per day, I am currently at 50 grams per day.
