Well, here we are again. Think I'll just bullet point the reason why.

*OBVIOUSLY terribly overweight. This is the most I've ever weighed, and I don't like it.
*OBVIOUSLY affecting my health. I just read that losing one pound--ONE POUND! will take FOUR pounds of stress off my knees. I am in continual pain, and I'm certain this is a big cause.
*Class reunion next year.
*Clothes I want to wear (my first NSV will be new underwear!)
*Too many meds. Getting to goal weight (good God, I need to lose an entire person) will cut them down considerably.
*Most of all: I want to like the way I look, and I want to fall into my husband's arms again, eagerly.
