I saw a friend of mine at the grocery store today, and she told me that because of me she has started exercising and eating healthy. She has lost a few pounds already. She just wanted to tell me thank you for inspiring her. And I told her that she was welcome, but I had thanks for her as well, because that is what I want to do. I want people to see what I am doing and say "if she can so can I." In fact that is exactly what I tell people all the time. If I can do this so can you. Yes, it may be hard but hard is NOT impossible!
