Good Morning Self et alia,

Downward but likely partial dehydration. Sugar at max range after eating a bit of frozen pizza last night. I should have found a veggie accompaniment but i did keep the intake to only one serving.

Keeping it Simple today other than filling containers with 48 oz of water to ensure the fluids. Sensible otherwise.

Sure to be a glorious day. The fight continues.

Yeah Morticia it is. Especially when it is with two kids while watching a movie. Thanks Debbie. My body was ready to shed the weight, and the simple techniques have been working. IF, avoid carbs when possible, be active, drink water, and most importantly be honest with my self about what i am recording. I will add back a few things when it is time to maintain, but i am hoping for a BMI below 25. I have another 25 lb to go.

Steak with a bit of salty seasoning. After the progress the last few days, i expect too level off for a few days and maybe a slight gain due to the salt intake. According to the charts, a bit more of a calorie deficit than expected for the week.
