Up as expected this morning. That is OK I am still down 4.3 lb since last Monday which I realize is a bit aggressive of a weight loss. So an up day is a balance day.
Back to half a pureed lemon, and 2 Tbsp of ACV in 16 ounces of water. Actually looking forward to enjoying it today as a refresher.
