I am not yo-yoing, but seem to be gaining, which is not fair. I has limited myself to not eating after 7:00 pm, but since I go to bef between 8:30 & 9:00, it looks like I will have to change that to 5:30. I will have to test this out, see how hungry I am for the rest of the night. so far, I have been eating my largest meal at dinner, this also has to change to lunch. Tomorrow, unfortunately, is brunch with my friends. There is only one thing on the menu that is vegan, so I am sort of stuck with that. even if I only half of it and save the rest for later, I will still be consuming all the calories I need for the day.

Monday, D and I do our long distance weigh in. we are supporting each other on our fitness journey and do this every Monday and post pictures of the scale. I don't want to this week, as it will show a gain. or the same weight as last week. it's embarrassing.
