I didn't want to but did it anyway...P90X Plyometrics. I have to say it's been 12 weeks and this still kicks my butt but I did much better and burned a ton of calories.

good for you! How is p90x? Is it something that you'll keep up? The commercials are very appealing. I've done the ab ripper x and I like it. I've been interested how the whole program works all together.

@coachcj8 - I really like P90X although i'll admit that after 3 months it gets a little repetitive. I'm definitely planning on doing another cycle to lose the rest of the fat and build more muscle. I have the P90X+ stuff so i'll be adding that into the rotation in the next cycle. I'll have my before / after picture posted on Wednesday evening so you can see the results.
