Good Morning Self,
Yeah i cooked myself a traditional southern style dinner last night - brown beans, tomatoes au gratin, and cornbread.
Sugar is on the high side this morning. I ate too much last night. Woke with a headache as well. Should have been one less portion of dinner and a side with some other vegetable.
I needed that meal though. It was the tastes from my childhood when it was all we had.
It is a new day and i will continue the fight right after a cup of coffee.
