Good Morning and good to have a new low but blood glucose was out of range at wake up. Carbs at night with out the vegetable fiber and no evening walk. I have learned the lessons for managing my body, i must adhere to them to get the result i want. Food is fuel for the machine and not merely an endless pass time.

To the office today. Holding off until lunch to open the feeding window. Extra steps where possible.

Another 20 lb to achieve a BMI of 25 and 3 months to improve my A1C. The road behind seems to have been easy, but the road ahead is uncertain and a bit daunting.

The fight continues.
