Systems and routines work for me. Trying to find my rhythm again has been a joyful and 🚨 process. Over the past 8 days, I’ve shed a few kg’s and my 1st goal of getting below 90kg is 🎯 I’m deeply alarmed by my fitness level. The walking has not been going as well as I hoped for. This confirms that I need to be consistent with my walks.
