Too many carbs over the weekend. Focused on sensible eating yesterday and water.
Today’s plan - open the feeding window around Noon, water, psyllium husk. For lunch today i am looking forward to an egg salad mixed with cod liver, pickles, and onion. I will eat it on celery stalks and maybe some crackers. Definitely having my lemon water with ACV (poor man’s lemon aid).
