Midweek check in with myself and I’m feeling much better mentally since incorporating daily physical exercise and not just predominantly focusing on my diet besides sporadic intervals of walking/cardio here and there.

Hoping for a decent loss on the scales to reward my efforts by next Monday’s weigh in.
I can’t keep letting the weight creep back on, having a 3kg gain in less than a fortnight really stung. But I refuse to get this close to my goal only to give up - Quitting won’t get me there faster, only consistency and commitment from now on!
