Good Morning Self et alia,

Managed a good day yesterday to hit the macros and avoided a sugar packed, carb loaded desert with the family last night. It was pineapple up-side-down cake. It looked delicious but I was conflicted between seeing it as a wonderful homemade treat and pure, unadulterated poison. In time it will be a treat, but at the moment sugar and carbs are a mortal enemy.

Traveling today and tomorrow. Packing the keto bars and planning to enjoy healthy choices if I dine out - steak or fish with an abundance of veggies. Also, bagged the remaining roasted pumpkin seeds and stuffed in my pocket for a tasty, high fiber treat.

Coffee and water otherwise. I plan on getting an evening and morning workout at the hotel later on.

The fight continues even if on the road.
