Today I will start my 7 day experiment. I have a big problem controlling my food. I get tired and frustrated and fall off the wagon on a regular basis. This week I'm going to be strict and do the following as a jump start and as an experiment to see if I really do it right, will it work? Because maybe in the past when it hasn't worked, it's been because I cheated or didn't follow it well enough.

Here's the plan:

1200 calories per day
64 ounces of water per day
no carbs at breakfast or lunch
3 miles per day of running or walking

2593 kcal Exercice: Course à Pied (Jogging) - 8/kph - 45 minutes, Repos - 15 heures et 15 minutes, Dormir - 8 heures. plus...


Commentaires 
Why no carbs? I like to use the analogy of a burning fire when describing the body's response to the ingestion of carbs. Throwing a log onto a fire is what happens when you ingest complex carbs (grains such as bread, pasta, oatmeal and rice) ..you get a slower but longer burn/energy supply. For proper nutrition/health and weight loss you want to keep the fire burning slowly and evenly all-day long. Perhaps if you do this it will keep you from falling of the wagon!

Not no carbs, less carbs. I had potatoes with dinner and there's carbs in the creamer I use. My body responds well to a low carb diet, but I don't do well on Adkins or anything like that. I need some carbs. I figure if I can limit them in the morning and afternoon, then I can have some at dinner.
