Another day. Survived travel meals without too much impact although i abused my body with a 16 oz sirloin Wednesday night. Yeah - a bit much, but i did not order a beer even with the peer pressure.
Working from home today and i swear the refrigerator is watching me.
Feeding window opens at Noon. The refrigerator and i will have a negotiation at that point. It will be a truce until then.
