Second day at new weight and holding. I have to be pleased about that. Now I have to go to gym. One thing I have been consistent with is the gym. Starting to see results in my typically delayed fashion. Been going since February for gawd sakes! Doing some core exercises-basic pelvic tilts and honestly think my lower abs actually exist. They are not visible but sometimes I swear I can feel them. That is progress.
