I even went to Pigeon Forge!! This I am doing. It's almost a year and I lost (since jan 22 I started this journey at 496 lbs) a total of 136 lbs.

For awhile, I thought i would have to do bariatrics.

Amazing! Congrats! Although as someone who did have Bariatric surgery I can attest to the fact that it is not easy either. You still need to make lifestyle changes and you can regain the weight (as you'll see below). I know everyone says this but it truly is just a tool, you're still responsible for the results. Had RNY November 2018. Highest weight was 378 lbs. I am currently fluctuating between 170-175 lbs. Lowest weight 159 lbs. Weight loss is weight loss, no matter how you achieve it, you should be proud of yourself!!
