It's a pretty common reaction to say oh, I cheated, I might as well keep going now. It's an all or nothing mentality, like a diet is something with an on/off switch instead of a process. Kudos to you for recognizing it and stopping! Personally, I find guilt to be really counterproductive where food choices are involved, and I honestly don't feel guilt about anything I eat, although I do try to make the bulk of my choices healthy ones
