Nye tonight. bought my favourite snack. peppered crackers, cabana, cheese, gerkins and pickled onions. I know I'm going to sit in the spa, with a few apple ciders, and devour the snacks, but I ain't gonna feel bad. tomorrow's the 1st. I've been good the last 3 months and I'm going out of 2022 enjoying myself. hope everyone has a happy new year, and stay safe.

I have my biscuits/cakes with lunch to trick my body. If i have anything for arvo tea then I put on weight. It's funny how it works!
